1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Zefyr Vitality (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
Zefyr Vitality is a wellbeing companion app provided by Zefyr SA. It is intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, and it must not be used for diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment, or alleviation of any disease.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Intellectual property
Zefyr Vitality, Zefyr Aura, Zefyr Breeze, the Zefyr name, logo, and all related marks are the property of Zefyr SA. Your wellbeing data remains your property.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Zefyr SA disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any Zefyr wearable.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland.
