Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Zefyr Vitality is operated by Zefyr SA, a Swiss company headquartered at Via alla Chiesa 16, 6818 Melano, Switzerland (VAT CHE‑302.502.567). Zefyr SA is the data controller within the meaning of the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR.

2. Data we collect

We collect: (a) account data you provide (email, name, age, weight, height, gender, goals); (b) wellbeing data captured by your Zefyr wearable and synced through the app (heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, body temperature, sleep stages, ECG samples, activity sessions); (c) device data (model, firmware, MAC, battery); (d) technical data (app version, OS, anonymous crash reports).

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to provide the Zefyr Vitality service: pair and manage your wearables, compute your wellbeing scores, sync data across your devices, and improve the product through aggregated and anonymized analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.

4. Where your data lives

All personal and wellbeing data is stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Germany) on Supabase infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. Aggregated analytics are processed in Switzerland.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time, directly from the app (Profile → Privacy) or by writing to privacy@zefyr.ch. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.
